In the production of polyester FDY yarn, not only the drying of PET chips and polyester masterbatch requires a specific temperature, but also the temperature requirements of the instrument are high. The temperature of the screw extruder and the spinning box is FDY. The formation of silk has a great influence. The temperature of the two should not be too high. If the temperature is too high, the dye will be easily degraded at high temperature due to the addition of dye to the PET melt. The more the dye is added, the more the dye is added. The more obvious the degradation phenomenon, therefore, the temperature of the screw extruder and the spinning box is slightly lower than that of ordinary spinning, to ensure that the PET and fuel mixture are not degraded.
Polyester masterbatch is a raw material for the production process of FDY yarn. When the mixture with PET chips is filtered in the pre-filter, the equipment is quickly pressurized. Therefore, the filtration cycle of the filter is required to be short. It is larger than the pressure setting of ordinary conventional spinning, and generally the pressure after filtration is reached. As the pressure becomes larger, the rotation speed of the screw is also accelerated, so that the mixture of the raw material and the dye can be quickly mixed uniformly in the screw to achieve the effect of reducing chromatic aberration and improving product performance.
