Chemical fiber masterbatch, also called masterbatch particle, is the raw material of chemical fiber filament.
Chemical fiber masterbatch plays a key role in the production of chemical fiber. It is a granular substance that is processed by a special process after mixing specific chemicals or additives with the base resin. These particles are converted into suitable chemical fibers by heating, melting, extrusion and other processes during the production of chemical fibers, and finally form chemical fibers. Chemical fiber masterbatch not only determines the basic physical and chemical properties of chemical fiber filament, but also affects the quality and performance of the final product.
There are many kinds of Chemical fiber masterbatches, which can be divided into many types according to the different functions and application fields. For example, there are masterbatches that improve fiber strength and hardness, flame retardant masterbatches, and UV resistant masterbatches.
