The main component of Chemical fiber masterbatch is matrix resin, and common matrix resins include polypropylene, polyamide, polycarbonate and other materials. The selection of these matrix resins depends on the different application scenarios and the physical and chemical properties of the masterbatch.
The production technology of Chemical fiber masterbatch mainly includes wet process and dry process.
Wet process: The master batch is made by grinding, phase transformation, washing, drying and granulation. When grinding pigments, it is necessary to carry out a series of technical tests, such as determining the fineness of the grinding slurry, the diffusion property, the solid content, etc. The specific methods of wet process include ink method, washing method, kneading method, metal soap method, etc.
Dry process: Some enterprises in the production of high-grade masterbatches, prepare their own pre-dispersed pigments, and then granulate with dry process. High mixing + single screw, high mixing + double screw is the most common production process. In order to improve the dispersion of pigments, some enterprises ground the carrier resin into powder. Mixer + single screw, mixer + double screw is also the process technology used to produce high-quality masterbatch.
