Raw material analysis of  polyester masterbatch :

There are two main types of raw materials used for polyester masterbatch: colorant and carrier. According to the different colorant and carrier used, some polyester masterbatch also need to add additives. Usually if the colorant is selected as organic or inorganic pigment, the carrier is selected as a low melting point polymer, generally need to add appropriate additives. If the colorant is polyester soluble dye, the carrier is polyester itself, then generally do not need to add any additives. The former situation is similar to the general plastic masterbatch, but the indicators are more demanding, here will not be repeated. If high-grade polyester masterbatch is prepared, such as filament polyester masterbatch, it is generally considered that polyester soluble dye is used and polyester itself is the better carrier.

2. Polyester masterbatch  is beneficial to maintain the chemical stability of pigment:

Direct use of pigments, due to the pigment in storage and use of the process of direct contact with the air, the pigment will occur water absorption, oxidation and other phenomena, and become a color mother, because the resin carrier will be the pigment and air, water isolation, can make the quality of the pigment for a long time.

3. Polyester masterbatch to ensure the stability of product color:

The color master particle is similar to the resin particle, which is more convenient and accurate in measurement. When mixing, it will not adhere to the container, and the mixing with the resin is more uniform, so it can ensure the stability of the addition amount, so as to ensure the stability of the product color.
