Introduction of Polyester Masterbatch:
Polyester masterbatch has good temperature resistance, excellent filtering performance, and long spinning cycle. With its excellent performance, it is widely used in the pre-spinning coloring of polyester filament and staple fiber. In response to the high performance requirements of automotive interior fabrics, automotive interior fabric masterbatches have excellent performance indicators and are widely used in the domestic automotive industry.
Instructions for use of polyester masterbatch
In actual spinning applications, the addition ratio of masterbatch and spinning processing technology should be adjusted according to different monofilament size, filament shape and slicing properties (including gloss or extinction), etc. It is recommended to control the temperature at 280~295℃. Polyester coloring masterbatch has strong hygroscopicity. It is recommended to pre-dry it before use to prevent excessive water from being brought into the melt and affecting the processing quality.

Filterability (DF value): ≤1.5bar·cm2/g (different for different types of masterbatch)
Polyester masterbatch packaging and storage
The product adopts double-layer packaging, the inner layer is a waterproof and moisture-proof polyethylene film bag, and the outer layer is a paper-plastic composite bag. The standard packaging is 25 kg/bag. Please store it in a ventilated and dry place, with cushions under it, and avoid sunlight and rain. The color of the masterbatch can be guaranteed for up to 5 years. After opening the package, the remaining part should be sealed again to prevent dust pollution and moisture absorption.
