Main use of nylon FDY masterbatch: Because the product has high color fastness, it is mainly used for home textile fabrics, carpets, apparel, underwear, decorative fabrics, polypropylene ropes and other products. In actual spinning applications, the addition ratio of masterbatch and spinning processing technology should be adjusted according to different monofilament size, filament shape and slicing properties (including gloss or extinction), etc. Nylon masterbatch has strong hygroscopicity. It is recommended to pre-dry it before use to prevent excessive water from being brought into the melt and affect the processing quality.

　　The product adopts double-layer packaging, the inner layer is a waterproof and moisture-proof polyethylene film bag, and the outer layer is a paper-plastic composite bag. The standard packaging is 25 kg/bag. Please store it in a ventilated and dry place, with cushions under it, and avoid sunlight and rain. The color of the masterbatch can be guaranteed for up to 5 years. After opening the package, the remaining part should be sealed again to prevent dust pollution and moisture absorption.
