Aerogel composite masterbatch consists of carrier, aerogel and additives, which is suitable for the production of polyester fiber and injection molding parts. It solves the problems of dispersion and floating powder of traditional aerogel, and the produced aerogel fiber fabric improves the heat preservation effect by more than 60% at the same time of light weight.

Instructions for use:

When used, 5%-20% (wt) is added to the polyester carrier and mixed, and the aerogel insulation parts are obtained by screw melting process.

② Aerogel paste (Coating Finishing Agent)

Product Description:

Taking SiO2 aerogel as the main raw material and adopting unique dispersion process, hydrophobic SiO2 aerogel powder is dispersed in water to form a stable paste product, which makes the product performance safer and more environmentally friendly. It can be used for coating finishing on the surface of all kinds of materials, so as to play the effect of heat insulation and heat preservation.

When used, it is applied to the surface of the carrier and molded by hot baking.
