Product Description:

There are many kinds of color-changing masterbatches such as red, peach, plum red, fuchsia, orange, yellow, blue, green and so on.

Instructions for use:

When used, 2.5%-4% (wt) is added to the polypropylene carrier and mixed, and various kinds of color-changing parts are obtained through screw-melting processing.

Note:

1. Avoid or reduce the heating process time above 250℃.

2. Avoid or reduce compounding with other ingredients.

3. It should be sealed and stored in dry, airtight and dark place, avoiding direct sunlight.

4. All color changing materials have service life, and the long time and high intensity UV exposure of the finished product will make the color changing effect worse and shorten the service life. Different colors have different upper limit of weather resistance.

5. The finished products should avoid high temperature washing and the use of strong acid and alkali or peroxide and other strong detergents.

② SunPercept™ Ultra（Photochromic Masterbatch）

Product Description:

SunPercept™ Ultra Series of photochromic masterbatch, through a unique special process, the carrier, photochromic dyes and active additives composite, suitable for polyester fibers, injection molding parts production, the production of the product has a long-lasting photochromic properties, in the dark state or indoor light source environment is colorless (or the product's original color), in the UV light or sun light exposure will soon show the color of the product, cut off the source of ultraviolet light and then back to colorless (or the product's original color), improve the durability of color-changing materials, comfort, breathability and significantly increase the temperature of light change materials to withstand the processing. ), which improves the durability, comfort and breathability of the color-changing material while significantly increasing the processing temperature of the light-changing material. ③ SunPercept™ Ink（Photochromic Inks）

Product Description:

SunPercept™ Ink Series Photochromic Ink, composed of carrier, photochromic dyes, active additives, dispersed phase, is suitable for coating and printing process of all kinds of products. It is colorless (or the original color of the product) in the dark state or indoor light environment, and quickly shows the color of the product in ultraviolet light or sunlight irradiation, and then turns back to colorless (or the original color of the product) when it is isolated from the source of ultraviolet light. More than ten colors are available.

Instructions for use: 

When used, it is coated on the printing carrier and molded by hot baking.

Note:

1. Avoid or minimize the heating process time above 150℃.

2. The ink contains additives to enhance the processing and use performance, avoid or reduce the use of compounding with other ingredients, and the use of compounding with other colors/dyes may bring about problems such as increase in the amount of additives/failure.

3. It should be sealed and stored in a dry, airtight and dark place, avoiding direct sunlight.

4. Color changing materials have a service life, and long time exposure to high intensity ultraviolet rays will deteriorate the color changing effect and shorten the service life of the finished products. Different colors have different upper limit of weather resistance.
