① HeatPercept™ Ink（Thermochromic Ink）

Product Description:

HeatPercept™ Ink Series of thermochromic inks, consisting of carrier, thermochromic materials, active additives and dispersed phase, are suitable for coating and printing process of all kinds of products, which are white (or the original color of the product) at higher temperature, and change to the specified color at lower temperature. The color and temperature can be customized according to customers' needs.

Instructions for use:

When used, it is coated on the printing carrier and molded by hot baking.

Note:

1. Avoid or minimize the heating process time above 150℃.

2. The ink contains additives to enhance the processing and use performance, avoid or reduce the use of compounding with other ingredients, and the use of compounding with other colors/dyes may bring about problems such as increase in the amount of additives/failure.

3. It should be sealed and stored in a dry, airtight and dark place, avoiding direct sunlight.

4. Color changing materials have a service life, sudden cold and heat will shorten the service life of the finished product.

5. Avoid washing the products at high temperature and using strong detergents such as strong acid and alkali or containing peroxide.

HeatPercept™ Coating Series of thermochromic finishing agent, consisting of carrier, thermochromic material, active additives and dispersed phase, is suitable for the coating and printing process of all kinds of products, and it is white (or the original color of the product) at higher temperature, and changes to the specified color at low temperature.
