According to the color, it can be divided into black masterbatch , white masterbatch , color masterbatch and functional masterbatch.
In general, color masterbatches for sheets use dyes and pigments that are resistant to high temperature and migration as colorants, with bright colors and complete color spectrums. Our
company can design color masterbatches based on provided color samples or color cards.
Flame retardant masterbatch for sheet material uses non-halogen flame retardant, which is environmentally friendly and has high flame retardant efficiency and good thermal stability; Metallic color masterbatch, which uses special pigment, makes the sheet material with strong metallic texture.
Using Ratio：
The recommended masterbatch dosing usage is around 4%-7%.Different usage rates are also workable based on customer requirement.
