①Antimicrobial Masterbatch

Product Features:

These products have strong antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli (Pneumococcus), Staphylococcus aureus, and Candida albicans, as well as good compatibility and dispersion. The existing products are mainly divided into three categories: silver, copper and zinc. This type of masterbatch can be blended with other pigments according to customer requirements to customize colored antimicrobial composite masterbatches.

 

Method of use: 

Dry masterbatch at 140°C for more than 8 hours (a longer drying time is advantageous for spinning), and spin through the masterbatch injector or stirring and mixing well with the slices.

 

Using Ratio:

①Add silver antimicrobial masterbatch at a rate of 4.0%

②Add copper antimicrobial masterbatch at a rate of 3.0-5.0%

③Add zinc antimicrobial masterbatch at a rate of 2.0-3.0%

 

Clarification:

All of the functional masterbatches can be used according to the actual needs of the customers to increase or decrease the dosage of masterbatches.

 

② Light-storing And Heat-storing Masterbatches

Product Features:

After adding the masterbatch, the spun fiber can effectively absorb the visible light and near-infrared rays of solar radiation and reflect the heat radiation of human body, which plays a certain warming effect. At present, there are two series of masterbatches: dark-colored heating fiber masterbatches and light-colored heating fiber masterbatches. This type of masterbatch can be compounded with other pigments according to the customer’s requirements, resulting in a customized color heating compounded masterbatch.

 

Method of use: 

Dry masterbatch at 140°C for more than 8 hours (a longer drying time is advantageous for spinning) , and spin through the masterbatch injector or by stirring and mixing well with the slices.

 

Using Ratio:

①Add dark-colored heating fiber masterbatch at a rate of 3.0-5.0%

②Add light-colored heating fiber masterbatch at a rate of 3.5-6.0%

③ Cooling Masterbatches

Product Features:

High thermal conductivity and fast heat dissipation are the advantages of this type of masterbatch. Customers can add the masterbatch to the fiber in proportion, which can provide the fiber with excellent contact characteristics of instant cool feel. In addition, this type of masterbatch can be compounded with an antimicrobial agent to produce cool-sense antimicrobial masterbatch, which can impart both cool-sense and antimicrobial functions to the fiber at the same time.

 

Method of use:

④ Conductive Masterbatch

Product Features:

Good compatibility, good fiber formation, high strength, abrasion and wash resistance are the advantages of this type of masterbatch. The product adopts the same type of resin as the fiber substrate as the carrier, and can be used to make core or skin conductive fibers according to customers' needs. Currently, this series of masterbatch contains two types:white and black, in which the white masterbatch can achieve the effect of antistatic, and the black masterbatch can achieve the effect of electrical conductivity.

 

Method of use: 

Dry masterbatch at 140°C for more than 8 hours (a longer drying time is advantageous for spinning) , and spin through the masterbatch injector or by stirring and mixing well with the slices.

 

Using Ratio:

① black skin layer 30% for PA6 conductive masterbatch, 70% of the core layer of PA6, resistivity of 103 ~ 4Ω/cm

② 30% of the white skin layer is PA6 conductive masterbatch, 70% of the core layer is PA6, resistivity of 109~10Ω/cm
