At the same time, since the dye used for pre-spinning can withstand the high temperature above 300 °C, there is no gas and waste water discharge during the spinning process, and the dye utilization rate is increased to 100%. Therefore, the masterbatch coloring can be said to be an environmentally friendly and healthy product.
